PFX over 100!

Finally got a PFX index over 100! Thanks to a nice exchange at the Jelly
Belly factory in Fairfield, CA with RustyPuff from Mass and CSCM from Rhode
Island.

After this weekend at the gathering in Northern Calif, our numbers should go
up by another 20 or so!
